Shipping & Return Policy
- We now accept and deliver orders only within India.
- For domestic orders placed through our website, delivery typically takes 10–15 working days.
- Public holidays, national holidays, and festivals may cause slight delays in delivery.
- If you have any issue with your order, it must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the product by contacting us at info@urbansooq.in
- Keep the original Urban Sooq courier box and the numbers printed on it safe. These are required for us to check and verify any complaints. Without them, we will not be able to assist.
- A clear unboxing video or photos of the package at the time of delivery are mandatory for raising any complaint. Complaints without video/photo proof will not be accepted.
- There are no returns or refunds on any products. However, if a product you ordered is not available in our inventory, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be fully refunded.
